Job Title: Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Location: 14539 E Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32826

We seek technicians / mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and positive, capable of diagnosing and repairing vehicles with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Diagnose and repair vehicles to ensure guest satisfaction
• Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete honest and thorough courtesy vehicle inspections
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization standards
• Communicate effectively with the service department
• Work with other technicians to meet deadlines and deliver quality results

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• ASE Certifications preferred or a plan to achieve
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes/models
• Meet or exceed hourly goals
• Willingness to learn additional skills
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Long-term career development interest

Physical Requirements

• Occasionally lift/move over 100 pounds
• Work with tools on vehicles above head
• Work in tight spaces
• Use hand tools efficiently
• Stand/walk most of the day
