Job Title: Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Location: 128 Harbor Village Ln, Apollo Beach FL

Job Overview:

We seek energetic, upbeat technicians with a positive attitude who are passionate about solving problems and doing right by our guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently for our guests
• Build experience across a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete full, honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization standards
• Communicate effectively with the service department
• Work with other technicians to meet deadlines and deliver quality results

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and guest service orientation
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• ASE Certifications or plans to achieve
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes/models
• Meet or exceed hourly goals
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Long-term career development focus

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift/move over 100 pounds
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head
• Work in tight spaces
• Dexterity to use hand tools efficiently
• Stand/walk for most of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Navigate a computer efficiently
