We are seeking energetic, upbeat technicians/mechanics with a positive attitude who are passionate about solving tough problems and doing right by our guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests using your knowledge and skills
• Build experience across a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Perform accurate and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot guest concerns efficiently
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Communicate effectively with the service department about guest concerns
• Work with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver quality results

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
• At least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• ASE Certifications preferred, or willingness to achieve them
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles
• Ability to meet or exceed hourly productivity goals
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Interest in long-term career growth

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift and move over 100 pounds
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head level
• Work in tight spaces as needed for repairs
• Use hand tools efficiently with good dexterity
• Stand and walk for most of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Navigate a computer efficiently
