Job Title: Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Location: 1216 W. Georgia Rd., Simpsonville, SC 29680

Job Overview

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles using your knowledge and skills
  • Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
  • Complete thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
  • Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
  • Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer concerns
  • Work with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver quality results
Qualifications
  • Positive attitude and a desire to serve customers
  • 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
  • ASE Certifications preferred or a plan to achieve them
  • Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models
  • Meet or exceed hourly productivity goals
  • Aptitude for learning new skills and processes
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Interest in long-term career development
Physical Requirements
  • Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
  • Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head level
  • Work in tight spaces as needed for repairs
  • Use hand tools efficiently with good dexterity
  • Walk and stand for most of the workday
  • Drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Navigate computers effectively
