Job Overview:

We are seeking energetic and positive automotive technicians/mechanics who are passionate about solving problems and providing excellent service to our guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction
• Build experience across a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Perform thorough courtesy vehicle inspections
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization standards
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer concerns
• Work with other technicians to meet deadlines and deliver quality results

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and customer service orientation
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• ASE Certifications preferred or plans to obtain them
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models
• Meet or exceed hourly productivity goals
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Interest in long-term career growth

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift or move over 100 pounds
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head level
• Operate in tight spaces as needed for repairs
• Use hand tools efficiently with good dexterity
• Stand or walk for most of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Navigate computer systems effectively
