Automotive Technician / Mechanic | Up to $50/Hr* & Weekends Off | Maineville

Join Christian Brothers Automotive as an Automotive Technician / Mechanic at our new state-of-the-art facility in Maineville, opening July 2025. Interviews will begin in June 2025. We seek energetic, positive technicians who are passionate about solving tough problems and providing excellent service.

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests using your knowledge and skills
• Build experience across a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Perform thorough courtesy vehicle inspections
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer concerns
• Work with other technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
• ASE Certifications preferred or plans to achieve them
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models
• Meet or exceed hourly productivity goals
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Long-term career development interest

Physical Requirements

• Occasional lifting and moving over 100 pounds
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head
• Work in tight spaces as needed
• Dexterity to use hand tools efficiently
• Stand and walk for most of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Navigate a computer efficiently
