Overview: We seek energetic, positive technicians who are solution-oriented and passionate about guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles for guests
• Build experience across various domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete accurate courtesy vehicle inspections
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot issues
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization standards
• Communicate effectively with the service department
• Work with others to meet deadlines and deliver quality results

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and guest service focus
• 3+ years of automotive experience
• ASE Certifications preferred or in progress
• Ability to diagnose and repair all vehicle makes/models
• Meet or exceed hourly goals
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Long-term career interest

Physical Requirements:

• Lift/move over 100 pounds occasionally
• Work with tools above head level
• Work in tight spaces
