Job Overview:

This brand-new state-of-the-art facility is scheduled to open in October 2025. Interviews will begin in September 2025. Compensation (Hourly) Guarantees Available during initial opening. An amazing opportunity to help create the culture and brand of one of the premier Automotive Service Organizations in the country opening in Watkinsville, GA. We are looking for technicians/mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for must seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Use knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests
• Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively
• Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns
• Collaborate with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
• Meet or exceed hourly goals
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• A desire for long-term career development

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head level
• Work in tight spaces as needed for repairs
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools
• Walk/stand for most of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Navigate a computer efficiently
