Job Title: Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Location: 130 N. Highway 67 Cedar Hill, TX 75104

Job Overview: We are seeking energetic and positive technicians/mechanics who enjoy solving tough problems and are passionate about doing what's right for our guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Diagnose and repair vehicles using your knowledge and skills for our guests.
  • Build experience across a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles.
  • Perform accurate courtesy vehicle inspections.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot guest concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Communicate effectively with the service department regarding guest concerns.
  • Work with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver excellent results.

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests.
  • At least 5 years of automotive repair experience, including diagnostics, drivability, and suspension.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models.
  • Flexibility and focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Expertise in diagnostics and drivability issues.
  • ASE Master Technician certification and 10+ years of experience preferred.
  • European vehicle experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work 50-60 hours per week.
  • Aptitude for learning new skills and processes.
  • Quick mastery of factory scan tools.

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasionally lift and move over 100 pounds.
  • Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head.
  • Work in tight spaces as needed.
  • Use hand tools efficiently with good dexterity.
  • Walk and stand for most of the workday.
  • Drive manual transmission vehicles.
  • Navigate computers effectively.
