Job Overview:

This brand-new state-of-the-art facility is scheduled to open in May 2025. Interviews will begin in April 2025.

We are seeking energetic, upbeat technicians/mechanics with a positive attitude who are passionate about solving tough problems and doing what's right for our guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests using your knowledge and skills.
• Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer concerns.
• Work with fellow technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver excellent results.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude with a desire to serve guests.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred or plans to achieve them.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly productivity goals.
• Aptitude for learning new skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Long-term career development motivation.

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head level.
• Work in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Walk or stand for most of the workday.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Navigate a computer efficiently.
