Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Job Overview:

This brand-new state-of-the-art facility is scheduled to open in May 2025. Interviews will begin in April 2025.

We are looking for energetic, upbeat technicians/mechanics with a positive attitude who seek solutions to tough problems and are passionate about doing right by our guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests using your knowledge and skills
  • Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
  • Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
  • Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns effectively
  • Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
  • Communicate effectively with the service department about customer concerns
  • Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver quality results
Qualifications:
  • Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
  • 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
  • ASE Certifications preferred or a plan to achieve them
  • Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles
  • Ability to meet or exceed hourly goals
  • Aptitude for learning new skills and processes
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Long-term career development mindset
Physical Requirements:
  • Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
  • Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head level
  • Work in tight spaces as needed for repairs
  • Use hand tools efficiently with good dexterity
  • Walk and stand for most of the workday
  • Drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Navigate a computer efficiently
