Job Overview:

We are seeking energetic, positive technicians/mechanics who are passionate about solving tough problems and doing right by our guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles using your knowledge and skills
• Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete honest and thorough courtesy vehicle inspections
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot guest concerns efficiently
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Communicate effectively with the service department
• Work with other technicians to meet deadlines and deliver quality results

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
• 6+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• ASE Certifications or a plan to achieve them
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes/models
• Ability to meet or exceed 45 hours/week
• Aptitude for learning new skills
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Long-term career development mindset
• Experience as a flagging technician

Physical Requirements:

• Occasional lifting/moving over 100 pounds
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head
• Work in tight spaces as needed
• Dexterity to use hand tools efficiently
• Walk/stand for most of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Navigating a computer efficiently
