Job Title: Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Location: 6481 Mills Dr, Whitestown, IN 46075

Job Overview:

We are seeking energetic, upbeat technicians/mechanics with a positive attitude who are passionate about solving problems and doing right by our guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles using your knowledge and skills
• Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Work collaboratively to troubleshoot guest concerns efficiently
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Communicate effectively with the service department
• Collaborate with other technicians to meet deadlines and deliver quality results

Qualifications:

• Ability to diagnose using advanced scan tools and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and guest service orientation
• At least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• ASE Certifications or a plan to obtain them
• Capable of performing most mechanic repairs on various vehicles
• Meet or exceed hourly productivity goals
• Aptitude for learning new skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Long-term career development interest

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift or move over 100 pounds
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head level
• Work in tight spaces as needed for repairs
• Use hand tools efficiently with good dexterity
• Stand and walk for most of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Navigate a computer efficiently
