Job Title: Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Location: 130 N. Highway 67 Cedar Hill, TX 75104

Job Overview:

We seek energetic, upbeat technicians with a positive attitude who are passionate about solving tough problems and providing excellent service to our guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles using your knowledge and skills
• Build experience across a range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Perform full, honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Work effectively with the team to troubleshoot guest concerns
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Communicate guest concerns effectively with the service department
• Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and guest-focused mindset
• At least 5+ years of automotive repair experience, including diagnostics, drivability, suspension
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models
• Focus on guest satisfaction and flexibility
• Expertise in diagnostics and drivability issues
• ASE Master Technician with 10+ years of experience
• European vehicle experience preferred
• Ability to work 50-60 hours per week
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes
• Quick mastery of factory scan tools

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift/move over 100 pounds
• Work with tools on vehicles above head level
• Work in tight spaces
• Use hand tools efficiently
• Stand and walk for most of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Navigate computers effectively
