Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) is seeking energetic technicians/mechanics for a Lititz location. The role offers up to $100k annually, weekend days off, and a climate-controlled shop. You will diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles, inspect courtesy vehicles, and collaborate with a service team to deliver top-tier results.

We emphasize safety, ongoing training, and a strong guest-service mindset. ASE certification is preferred or a plan to attain it; PA inspections/licenses are required

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve.
• PA State Inspection Safety and Emissions Licenses.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.
• A desire for long-term career development.

Responsibilities

• Technicians diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests.
• Continuously build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Work as a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
• Follow and promote high safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.
• Communicate concerns effectively with the service department.
• Collaborate with other technicians to meet deadlines and deliver distinguished results.

Job Overview

We are looking for technicians / mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest
• Continuously build experience as an automotive technician across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles

• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guestconcerns quickly and effectively
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Work closely with the service department and effectively communicateconcerns
• Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results

Physical Requirements

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
• Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
• Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
• Drive manual transmissions vehicles
• Efficiently navigate a computer
