Christian Brothers Automotive Corporation in Lititz, PA is seeking energetic automotive technicians. You will diagnose and repair a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles, collaborate with the service team, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

This full-time role offers up to $100k annually for the most skilled technicians, with weekends off, paid vacation, healthcare, retirement matching, and extensive training and career advancement through our Flywheel Learning System.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
• PA State Inspection Safety and Emissions Licenses
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest
• Continuously build experience as an automotive technician across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate concerns
• Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results
