Job summary

Mazda of Burlington is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, inspect, maintain, and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently. You will be dependable, productive, and proactive in selecting the next job and delivering quality work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, maintain, and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance, brake work, suspension repairs, and other mechanical services.
• Follow manufacturer procedures and dealership repair standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate repair needs and findings to service advisors.
• Manage time effectively, maintain consistent productivity, and take initiative.
• Deliver quality repairs while minimizing comebacks.

About the Opportunity

Mazda of Burlington is looking for a motivated Automotive Technician who takes pride in their work, stays productive, and wants to make the most of their time in the shop. We need someone who is dependable, works efficiently, and consistently looks for the next job rather than waiting for work to come to them.

Our pay structure is designed for technicians who want to stay busy and earn based on their productivity. Flat-rate pay is available, with hourly pay ranging from $18–$22 per hour for candidates who prefer an hourly structure and meet the needs of the position.
