Job Description

We are seeking energetic, positive technicians/mechanics who enjoy solving complex problems and are passionate about providing excellent service to our guests. The role involves diagnosing and repairing vehicles, working with a variety of domestic and foreign makes and models, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently.
• Build experience across a wide range of vehicle types.
• Perform courtesy vehicle inspections honestly and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues quickly.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.
• Communicate effectively with the service department and guests.
• Work as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and a guest-focused approach.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certification preferred or plans to obtain it.
• Experience with all vehicle makes and models.
• Able to meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Strong communication and professional appearance.
• Long-term career development interest.

Physical Requirements

• Occasionally lift/move over 100 pounds.
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head.
• Work in tight spaces as needed.
• Use hand tools with dexterity.
• Stand and walk for most of the workday.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Navigate a computer efficiently.
