Job Overview:

We seek energetic, positive technicians/mechanics with a passion for solving tough problems and doing right by our guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles using your knowledge and skills
• Build experience across a range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete honest and thorough courtesy vehicle inspections
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot guest concerns efficiently
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization standards
• Communicate effectively with the service department about guest concerns
• Work with other technicians to meet deadlines and deliver quality results

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and guest service focus
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• ASE Certifications or plans to obtain them
• Experience with A-level or B-level complexity repairs
• Ability to diagnose and repair all vehicle makes/models
• Meet or exceed hourly goals
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Long-term career interest

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift/move over 100 pounds
• Work with tools on elevated vehicles
• Work in tight spaces
• Use hand tools with dexterity
• Stand/walk during workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
