Job summary

Flynn’s Tire & Auto Service is seeking experienced Automotive Service Technicians. You will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and tire-related service while adhering to safety and industry standards. Earn $25-30/hr with base pay plus commission and eligibility for bonuses.

The role offers ASE certification reimbursement, 20 PTO days per year and 6 holidays, comprehensive benefits, and a no-Sunday work policy. PA state inspections and certifications required, with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• PA State Inspection License is required.
• ASE Certifications (Brakes; Steering/Suspension) are required or preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in auto repair facility.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Acceptable MVR and Background Check.
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening required.
• Ability to lift 20–80 pounds.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

Our Automotive Technicians perform all automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and service, as well as tire related service while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations. Duties include but are not limited to:

• State Inspections and Emission Testing (PA)
• Wheel alignments
• Steering & Suspension repairs
• Engine repairs
• Belts & Hoses
• HVAC Service & Repairs
• Diagnostics & Electrical Repairs
• Preventative Maintenance
• Brake Diagnostic & Repair

Job Requirements:
