Job summary

Flynn’s Tire Group is seeking Experienced Automotive Technicians and Master Automotive Technicians to join our team. Earn up to $100,000 per year with base pay plus commission and bonus eligibility, with 20 paid time off days and comprehensive benefits.

• ASE certifications required or listed as preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing.
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening and Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and service following safety standards.
• Carry out wheel alignments, steering and suspension repairs, belts and hoses.
• Conduct emissions testing and state inspections (PA).
• Diagnose electrical issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Describe repairs and services to customers and ensure satisfaction.

What You Will Do:

Our Automotive Technicians perform all automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and service, as well as tire related service while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations. Duties include but are not limited to:

• State Inspections and Emission Testing (PA)


• Wheel alignments


• Steering & Suspension repairs


• Belts & Hoses


• Diagnostics & Electrical Repairs
