Job Responsibilities

• Automotive Technician:
• Perform vehicle diagnostics and identify repairs
• Complete Courtesy Inspections on customer vehicles
• Assist with inventory management and store duties
• Follow safety standards and operate equipment safely
• Test drive vehicles as per policy and laws
• Maintain technical knowledge through training
• Perform other duties as assigned
• General Service Technician:
• Perform routine vehicle repair and maintenance
• Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Automotive training or equivalent experience
• ASE certification and State Inspection license (if applicable)
• Valid driver’s license and good MVR
• Own basic tools or participate in Monro’s tool purchase program
