We are seeking motivated individuals for the roles of Automotive Technician/Mechanic and Automotive General Service Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics and identify repairs
• Complete Courtesy Inspection on customer vehicles
• Assist with inventory management and store duties
• Adhere to safety standards and procedures
• Test drive vehicles following policies and traffic laws
• Maintain technical knowledge through training
• Operate equipment safely according to guidelines
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

Automotive Technician

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Automotive training or experience
• Preferred: ASE certification and State Inspection license
• Valid driver’s license and good Motor Vehicle Report
• Own basic tools or participate in Monro’s tool purchase program

General Service Technician

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and good Motor Vehicle Report

Compensation

Automotive Technician: $17 - $40/hour based on experience

General Service Technician: $15 - $17/hour, plus incentives
