Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on domestic and import vehicles
• Follow OEM repair procedures and guidelines through digital platforms
• Complete digital inspections, reports, and job documentation using our shop management app (training provided)
• Communicate clearly with the team through internal messaging systems
• Work directly with our in-house ASE Certified Master Tech on advanced diagnostics and repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Uphold high standards for workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction

What You Need to Succeed

• 2+ years of professional experience as an auto technician
• Ability to follow repair procedures and service information digitally
• Comfortable navigating mobile apps and shop software for communication and reporting
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• ASE certifications (or willing to pursue)
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing top-tier work
