Goodyear is hiring a skilled Automotive Technician across multiple U.S. service centers. The role includes diagnosing and repairing brakes, suspension, A/C, engine performance, and other systems at a full-time, flat-rate with 75% hour guarantee.

A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered, with pay at $27 per hour under the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Ideal candidates have at least three years of automotive repair experience or equivalent military vehicle maintenance, valid license, and

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioning, and coolant systems.
• Troubleshoot problems with strong diagnostic skills using the latest technology.
• Mentor teammates and learn new techniques as automotive technology evolves.
• Maintain safety, service, and housekeeping standards while using protective equipment.
• Perform manual tasks such as lifting tires/wheels and standing, bending, and squatting.
