Pritchard Companies is seeking a motivated and dependable Lube Technician to join our service team in Forest City, IA. This position helps maintain the safety, reliability, and performance of customers' vehicles through quality maintenance and inspection services.

You'll perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and basic inspections while following dealership procedures and communicating findings to service advisors.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to provide and maintain personal tools required for the position.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic vehicle inspections.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and dealership service procedures.
• Inspect vehicles for potential maintenance and repair needs and communicate findings to service advisors and technicians.
• Maintain quality standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain productivity expectations and service department standards.
• Utilize dealership systems to document services performed and inspection findings.
• Properly operate shop equipment and follow all safety procedures.
• Support exceptional customer service through quality workmanship and professionalism.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience through attention to detail and timely service completion.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Work collaboratively with service advisors, technicians, and management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What You'll Do

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in a shop environment for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work around vehicle lifts, equipment, chemicals, and varying temperatures.
• Ability to safely operate customer and company vehicles.
