Lincoln Tech in Indianapolis is seeking skilled Automotive Technicians to become Instructors in our Automotive Technology program. No teaching experience is required; we help technicians transition into educators and share your industry passion.

In this role you will teach hands-on Automotive Technology in a fully equipped facility, deliver Lincoln Tech accredited curriculum, and support student growth while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automotive Technician experience.
• Former or current ASE certifications (G1, A6 required)
• High school diploma/GED
• Great communication skills
• Proficient in technology
• Teaching experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Teach and provide hands-on training in Automotive Technology in our fully equipped facility
• Facilitate and effectively deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum
• Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability
• Evaluate and communicate progress with students
• Teach students about the importance of safety and compliance
• Prepare students for a successful career in the field of Automotive Technology
