Job summary

INEOS Silver Spring, a brand-new dealership, is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join a growing service team. You will perform repairs, diagnose issues, and ensure workmanship meets factory standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of automotive experience in a dealership or independent repair facility.
• ASE or automotive manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Luxury/high-line automotive experience highly preferred.
• Experience with B58 diagnostics, cooling systems, drivability, electrical diagnosis, and ZF 8-speed powertrains.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance according to repair orders, dealership standards, and factory specifications.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine the appropriate repairs.
• Work efficiently and accurately while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
• Road-test vehicles to verify repairs and ensure quality; clearly document all work performed.
• Work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional service experience.

What You Bring

• Experience with B58 diagnostics, cooling systems, drivability, electrical diagnosis, and ZF 8-speed powertrains, highly desired
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the past three years
• A passion for vehicles, technology, and the automotive industry
