MileOne Autogroup is hiring an Automotive Technician for its new INEOS dealership in Silver Spring, MD. You will perform repairs and regular maintenance, diagnose vehicle concerns, and ensure quality through road-testing and precise documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of automotive repair experience in a dealership or independent shop.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills; high attention to quality.
• ASE certifications and MD state inspections are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance according to repair orders and factory specs.
• Diagnose vehicle issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Road-test vehicles to verify repairs and ensure quality.
• Document all work performed clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate with team to deliver excellent service.
