Job summary

Manheim, a Cox Automotive company, is hiring an Automotive Technician II for the Pittsburgh location. The role includes advanced diagnostics, extensive vehicle system repairs, and routine inspections with a focus on safety and quality. Schedule is Mon-Fri 7:00AM–3:30PM.

New hire bonus includes a $1,500 tool bonus. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma/GED with experience or higher education with experience; ASE certifications are preferred. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years related experience; or higher education with 1 year related experience; or 5 years without a degree.
• Relevant ASE certifications are preferred and valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform highly skilled maintenance and repairs across a wide range of vehicle systems.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and drivability issues including brakes, tires, suspension and related components.
• Conduct advanced diagnostics across starting/charging, AC, OBDII and electrical systems.
• Complete detailed mechanical inspections and document deficiencies across all vehicle systems.
• Maintain safety and environmental standards in daily work.
