Our services include fleet management, vehicle fabrication, component manufacturing, powertrain logistics, insurance, and retail automotive sales. We are excited to announce a new opportunity at our Holman Lincoln Mt. Laurel dealership for a skilled Automotive Technician.

Benefits and Compensation

Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus based on qualifications, with relocation assistance available. Compensation ranges from $23.57 to $34.18 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Service and repair vehicles as assigned, ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs
  • Maintain knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology and manuals
  • Keep the work area clean and organized, manage tools
  • Road-test vehicles to verify repairs
  • Adapt to changing automotive technologies
Qualifications
  • Lincoln/FORD Certification is highly desired
  • At least 1+ years of dealer-level or large facility experience
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willing to undergo background checks
