Qualifications

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve our guests.
• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.
• A desire for long-term career development.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics and repair of vehicles to guest satisfaction.
• Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete thorough courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly.
• Maintain high safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.
• Communicate guest concerns effectively with service department.
• Work with others to meet deadlines and deliver results.
