Job summary

Premier Buick GMC Cadillac of Carlsbad, CA is seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician to join our high-volume Service Department. You will diagnose and repair automotive systems and work with engines, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes and A/C.

We offer a generous pay range of $33–$50 per hour, plus productivity bonuses and signing bonuses up to $2,000. Relocation assistance to Carlsbad, CA and a modern shop are provided, along with 401(k) matching, paid time off, and a supportive

Qualifications

• Automotive Technician experience, preferably in a dealership.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• General Motors experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive systems.
• Repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, and more.
• Inspect vehicles and accurately diagnose concerns.
• Perform repairs according to manufacturer standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop area.
• Perform other duties as needed.
