Job summary

Goodyear is hiring Automotive Technicians across multiple U.S. service centers. The role offers a flat-rate structure with guaranteed earnings during introductory periods and opportunities to build your customer base.

You'll diagnose and repair automotive systems, mentor teammates, and stay current with evolving automotive technology. A valid driver's license and flexible schedule are required; ASE/MAC certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive repair experience or 3 years in military vehicle maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Preferred: ASE A4 and A5 Certifications, state inspection license, or MAC certification.
• Flexible schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems including brakes, suspension, and air conditioning.
• Troubleshoot problems using diagnostic equipment and modern tools.
• Mentor teammates and learn new techniques as automotive technology evolves.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper use of protective equipment.
