Job summary

Koons Volvo White Marsh seeks an Automotive Service Technician to perform routine and advanced repairs and diagnostics in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment. You will document work, communicate with advisors, and ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications preferred.
• Manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Previous automotive technician experience required.
• Must have basic tools.
• Must have great technical and mechanical skills.
• Must be a team player and able to work on complex tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and diagnosis with some supervision.
• Handle light engine work, electrical, HVAC, steering and suspension tasks as needed.
• Document all work performed and communicate requirements to the service advisor.
• Complete warranty repairs and file warranty claims.
• Maintain CSI scores and comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
