Job summary

CarMax is seeking a Mechanical Associate for its West Point, Virginia service facility. You will inspect, diagnose, repair, and recondition vehicles to meet safety and quality standards. You will work on domestic and foreign vehicles, follow EH&S guidelines, and contribute to a clean, efficient shop environment while delivering exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems.
• Strong understanding of health and safety compliance.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Maintain ASE Certifications as required by state law.

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to meet CarMax’s high standards for quality and safety.
