Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred automotive repair training or experience.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems.

• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic automotive maintenance tasks (oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements).
• Assist technicians in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines while handling tools and vehicle systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and assist in basic repairs on brakes, suspension, exhaust, and other components.
• Maintain records of services performed, parts used, labor hours, and vehicle conditions.
• Communicate vehicle issues and estimated costs to customers.
• Uphold commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism.
