Harnish Auto Family, serving the Puget Sound for over 40 years, is hiring an hourly Automotive Technician. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles in a busy dealership setting, delivering quality workmanship while developing your skills within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take coaching
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment
• Ability to stay focused and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform the physical demands of the role
• Strong work ethic
• Basic mechanical aptitude (schooling or experience a plus)

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs.
• Complete multi-point inspections and recommend needed services.
• Accurately document repairs and findings.
• Work with advisors and parts to keep repairs moving efficiently.
• Follow safety standards and manufacturer procedures.
