Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group is hiring Car Care Technicians for our Fort Mill, SC facility. This onsite role supports routine maintenance, oil changes, tire service and other basic repairs under supervision.

Shift variety depends on technician level, with hours Monday–Friday and Saturday as specified. Technicians are involved in inspecting, diagnosing, and performing maintenance tasks, testing vehicles, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and a safe, organized shop

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or technical school certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive systems.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance.
• Commitment to safety and a clean work area.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles into service bays and complete digital vehicle inspections.
• Perform general automotive maintenance and repairs.
• Test drive vehicles and prepare for delivery after repairs.
• Keep the shop clean and organized to enhance customer experience.
• Learn from higher‑level technicians to advance your career.
