Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group (ACG) is hiring Automotive Service Technicians to perform routine maintenance and repairs in our AAA Car Care facilities. You will complete oil changes, tire work, and general vehicle maintenance under guidance from Managers and Service Advisors.

Opportunities to learn from ASE-certified technicians and advance through Technician A/B/C levels with competitive pay and full benefits. Regular hours are Monday–Friday with Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have basic automotive knowledge and a mechanical aptitude.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and support.
• Willingness to learn from technicians and mentors on the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire replacements, and general vehicle maintenance.
• Execute repairs and maintenance as directed by a manager or Service Advisor.
• Drive vehicles into service bays, test drive when needed, and prepare them for delivery.
• Keep the shop clean and organized to ensure a positive member experience.
• Learn from senior technicians to advance career progression.
