Modica Bros Tire Centers is seeking an Automotive Technician/Mechanic in Texas to perform tire installation, maintenance, alignments, brakes, diagnostics, and routine servicing. The role emphasizes reliable service and operating across a busy shop environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, own tools, and strong teamwork and safety awareness. Valid driver's license is preferred, and applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of automotive systems; PC-based diagnostics and digital inspections are a plus.
• 5+ years of automotive maintenance or repair experience; own tools required.
• Valid driver’s license strongly preferred; authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle inspection, maintenance and repairs to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to ensure safety and functionality.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, fluid flushes, belt and hose replacements, battery testing and installation.
• Conduct thorough visual inspections and document findings accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of shop equipment and follow shop protocols.
• Perform additional duties to support shop operations and team success.
