Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Pass pre-employment screening as required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital repair orders.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance such as oil changes, rotations, fluid services, filters, batteries, and inspections.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, drivability, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and engine concerns.
• Perform repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Complete warranty repairs following OEM procedures.
• Utilize computerized diagnostic equipment and scan tools to identify issues.
• Read and interpret repair manuals, wiring diagrams, service bulletins, and technical information.
• Inspect vehicles and recommend additional maintenance or repairs.
• Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to verify operation.
• Maintain repair documentation and technician notes.
• Communicate findings with service advisors and management.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow OSHA, EPA, dealership, and manufacturer safety guidelines.
• Continuously participate in manufacturer and dealership training programs.
