Mark's Automotive in West Monroe and Monroe, Louisiana is seeking an Automotive Technician for a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.). The position offers a tiered pay range of $32,000–$80,000 per year with a 60-day onboarding period and production-based bonuses.

You'll perform maintenance and repairs on cars and light-duty trucks, diagnose issues, and collaborate with a team in a hands-on, mentorship-friendly shop.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of shop experience; automotive experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive certifications are a plus.
• Comfortable using automotive tools, equipment, and systems.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn new automotive tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on cars and light-duty trucks.
• Diagnose automotive issues and determine reliable repair solutions.
• Perform vehicle inspections to identify service and repair needs.
• Use automotive tools, equipment, and systems to complete assigned work.
• Apply problem-solving skills to automotive diagnostics and repairs.
