Job summary

Pure Country Automotive in Grayson, Kentucky, is seeking a motivated Automotive Service Technician to join our growing team. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package in a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining engines, transmissions, steering/suspension, brakes, and electrical systems, plus routine maintenance and safety inspections. ASE credentials are a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Automotive repair experience preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, steering and suspension systems, brake systems, and electrical/electronic systems.
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid services.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify safety or performance concerns.
• Test, troubleshoot, and adjust vehicle components to ensure proper operation.
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally to customers when needed.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and service records.
• Follow all company and safety procedures.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
