• Knowledge of shop equipment and tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Execute basic diagnostic and repair work on VW vehicles under supervision.
• Perform maintenance and safety inspections on a wide variety of vehicles.
• Work independently and with the team to maximize repair efficiency.
• Participate with a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful attitude.
• Consistently document repairs concisely and accurately.
• Inspect and maintain shop equipment and request replacements as needed.
