Job summary

Hayford Ford is growing to be the #1 service department and has a FULLY AIR CONDITIONED SHOP with expansion. We are looking for top automotive technicians who are driven, motivated, and eager to grow your position and department.

Responsibilities include performing maintenance and repairs to keep vehicles safe; diagnosing and repairing brakes, engines, suspensions, drivelines, and transmissions; keeping accurate work orders and records.

Qualifications

• Valid and clean driver’s license required.
• 2+ years of automotive repair employment experience or combination of education & experience.
• Must have appropriate mechanic’s tool set.
• Ford certifications a Plus. Must participate in company certification program (company training, testing, and bonuses provided!).
• Drug free workplace

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure vehicles are safe for our customers.
• Diagnose and perform accurately all phases of vehicle and equipment repair including the repair of brakes, engine tune-ups, suspensions, drive trains, transmission clutches and other repairs.
• Ensure work orders are completed properly and accurately. Maintain records of all work completed including parts and supplies used.
• Complete preventative maintenance (PMs), safety inspections,
