Job summary

Pep Boys / Mavis Tire in Waterbury, CT is seeking experienced, full-time Automotive Mechanics to join Team Mavis at our service and tire centers. You'll inspect, diagnose, and perform maintenance and repairs to keep customers safely on the road.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive repair and maintenance experience or training.
• Personal tools required to perform repairs.
• Preferred ASE certifications (G1, A4, A5) and state inspection license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform maintenance and repair services.
• Under-car repairs including brakes, suspension, and steering.
• Oil/fluids checks, tire mounting/balancing, and parts replacement.
• Complete state inspections where applicable.
