Job summary

Goodyear Automotive Technician – Mauldin, SC is a full-time role offering a flat-rate structure with a 75% hour guarantee. You will diagnose and repair systems such as brakes, suspension, engine performance, and A/C, using the latest diagnostic tools.

We seek candidates with at least three years of automotive repair experience or three years in military vehicle maintenance, a valid driver's license, and flexibility for evenings/weekends. ASE certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years automotive repair experience OR three years as a military vehicle maintenance specialist.
• Valid driver's license required.
• ASE A4 (Steering & Suspension) and A5 (Brakes) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioning, and coolant systems.
• Troubleshoot problems using the latest diagnostic technology.
• Mentor teammates and learn new techniques as auto technology evolves.
• Maintain safety, service, and housekeeping standards; use protective equipment.
• Perform manual tasks such as lifting tires/wheels and standing for extended periods.
