D.I.B Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Technician for our Discount Inspection & Brakes team in Pasadena, TX. You will perform repairs, inspections, and routine maintenance to high standards at our Spencer Highway location.
The role offers $25–$45 per flag hour based on experience, a 5-day work week, tool allowance opportunities, training and development support, and strong career growth within D.I.B. Automotive Group.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of verifiable automotive repair experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot vehicle concerns and determine repairs.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Reliable and safety-conscious worker.
Responsibilities
- Perform automotive repairs and routine maintenance according to standards.
- Inspect vehicles and identify repair or maintenance needs.
- Diagnose common vehicle concerns and assist with troubleshooting.
- Use automotive tools and diagnostic systems safely and effectively.
- Complete quality work with focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technicians and shop team members.
- Continue developing technical skills and knowledge of current systems.
