As an Automotive Technician at Goodyear's Auto Service centers, your responsibilities include inspecting, diagnosing, and performing automotive services while delivering excellent guest experiences. You will also have opportunities to mentor and learn about new automotive technologies, thriving in a team environment.

What Our Automotive Technicians Do:
  • Troubleshoot problems and demonstrate diagnostic skills
  • Inspect, repair, and diagnose systems such as brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, and air conditioning
  • Engage in formal training to stay current with automotive technology
  • Maintain standards of sales, service, safety, and housekeeping
  • Perform manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting
Basic Requirements:
  • At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
  • Three years of automotive repair experience, including diagnosis and problem-solving
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Preferred: ASE A4 and A5 Certifications, state inspection licenses, MAC certification
Additional Considerations:
  • Flexible schedule to meet operational needs, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to use diagnostic technology and applications
  • Use tools and knowledge to make recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
